TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority operates the thermal brine extraction of the Lambertus spring in Bad Schönborn as well as a wellness and health park ("THERMARIUM") with the areas thermal brine bath, sauna area, fitness centre, therapy department, wellness centre, bath shop and Dead Sea salt grotto. As leased areas, a restaurant and a bistro belong to the company. A realignment and modernization of the THERMARIUM adapted to the changed framework conditions is being sought. The architectural services to be awarded in this procedure relate to the planning, awarding and supervision of the implementation of the necessary measures for the first construction phase of the service specifications for buildings and interiors pursuant to § 34 HOAI and outdoor facilities pursuant to § 38 HOAI. The basic services of service phases 1 to 9 are to be provided in each case.
