TENDER DESCRIPTION

The KVZ-Südbaden is currently constructing a sewage sludge mono-incineration plant for its members, the secured plant operation of which is not expected before the year 2031. For the transition period until the secured plant operation, starting from 2029, external sewage sludge treatment is required for the majority of sewage treatment plant operators organized within KVZ-Südbaden. Against the background of the possibly delayed commissioning date of its own sewage sludge mono-incineration plant, a basic contract term with extension options is justified. Therefore, the services will be awarded for a duration of two years starting from 01.01.2029. The client can unilaterally declare in writing to the contractor, which must be received at least 6 months before the contract end, to extend the contract three times by one additional year each (extension option). The assignment will thus end at the latest on 31.12.2033. The tendered scope of services includes all services described in more detail in the tender documents.
