    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    The KVZ-Südbaden is currently constructing a sewage sludge mono-incineration plant for its members, the secured operation of which is not expected before 2031. For the transitional period until the secured operation of the plant, from 2029 onwards, external sewage sludge treatment will be required for a large part of the sewage treatment plant operators organized in KZV-Südbaden. In view of the possibly delayed commissioning date of their own sewage sludge mono-incineration plant, a basic contract term with extension options is justified. The services will therefore be awarded for a duration of two years from 01.01.2029. The client (AG) can unilaterally extend the contract three times by one additional year each by written declaration to the contractor (AN), which must be received at least 6 months before the end of the contract term (extension option). Hence, the assignment will end at the latest on 31.12.2033. The subject of the contract includes all services described in more detail in the tender documents. The services are not divided into lots.
