TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the creation of the overall system described in the procurement documents, including ensuring operational readiness by the contractor on the basis of a contract for work, the system services and the further development of the overall system. The overall system consists of a market-standard ticketing software adapted to the contracting authority (On Premise or in the rlp-Cloud of the LDI / rental), which meets the requirements of modern ticket processing by the contracting authority, including the associated integrations in the contracting authority’s IT system that are created or adapted specifically for the contracting authority in accordance with the further provisions, in particular in accordance with the contracting authority’s functional and technical specifications, see specifications of services.
