Kiinteistö Oy Tiedepuisto requests you to submit an offer for the roof renovation of Tiedekeskus Heureka in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is the renovation of the roof of Tiedekeskus Heureka as a turnkey contract, including, in addition to the contractor’s obligations relating to site management, all construction and building services (technical) works and demolition works in accordance with the plans referred to in the list of documents, delivered so that the works are fully completed and in operational condition, as well as site services as more specifically described in the procurement documents. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract may be started immediately after signature. Effective construction time is reserved for half a year. Effective construction time shall be deemed to begin when the contractor has obtained permission to start the works.
