TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mainzer Netze GmbH intends to renew the drinking water transmission pipeline DN 800 made of cast iron (GG), which was constructed in 1926/1927. The replacement of the existing pipeline will be carried out in sections and in total runs from the waterworks Hof Schönau to Gins-heim-Gustavsburg (Gustavsburg district). The planning section considered here has a total length of approx. 750 m. It begins in Bischofsheim at the Bischofsheim ramp / B43 and runs in the southern side area between the carriageway of the federal road B43 and the Mainz - Frankfurt rail line (routes 3520 and 3538) to approximately 30 m west of the A671 motorway overpass. Implementation of the measure is dependent on the currently ongoing partial section (measure TP01340) between the town entrance of Gustavsburg and the A671 motorway overpass. This measure in turn depends on a measure by DB Netz AG to renew the bridge structure at route kilometre 11.22 of route 3535 (rail bridge over the B43). Completion of measure TP01340 is currently planned for mid-June 2027. It is planned to begin with the measure described here immediately after the currently under-construction section, i.e. at the latest from early July…
