TENDER DESCRIPTION

Development of new district Dietenbach. Civil and road construction works, connection Tel-Aviv-Yafo-Allee (construction road), 79106 Freiburg. This construction project includes the creation of a construction site access road from Tel Aviv Yafo Allee to the Dietenbach development area. At Tel-Aviv-Yafo-Allee, a southbound exit and entry lane into the Dietenbach construction area will be established. From the newly constructed exit at Tel Aviv Yafo Allee, an access road on a newly constructed road embankment 500 m long will lead to the 2nd construction phase in the Dietenbach area. The works include all necessary road construction work including all related ancillary work (e.g. final markings). These essentially comprise the following works: - Construction, modification, maintenance and dismantling of traffic management and construction site safety measures for the entire construction project (including necessary preliminary work). - Dismantling of existing surface pavements or facilities within the construction area. - Construction of embankment areas. - New construction of carriageways. - Layers without binding agent, asphalt works, earthworks.
