TENDER DESCRIPTION

BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH intends to award civil engineering and pipeline construction services for the refurbishment and capacity expansion of a district heating pipeline route in Lietzenburger Straße in Berlin. The section of the route to be refurbished has a length of approx. 950 m between Sächsische Straße and Rankestraße, including the associated service connections to buildings and distribution routes. In the section between Knesebeckstraße and Fasanenstraße, the work will be carried out jointly with NBB Netzgesellschaft Berlin-Brandenburg. For this purpose, the refurbishment and partial rerouting of an existing gas pipeline DN 800 is required in order to create the necessary construction space for strengthening the district heating pipeline route. The subject of this tender are the civil engineering services of BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH (contracting authority 1 / performance section 1) and of NBB Netzgesellschaft Berlin-Brandenburg (contracting authority 2 / performance section 2).
