The contract duration is 48 months. The execution of services begins from the date of contract notification. For fixed-price services, execution also starts from the contract notification date, which acts as the order to commence. A launch meeting must be scheduled within 30 working days of the framework agreement's notification. The incoming transition phase will be jointly planned during this launch meeting. For purchase orders, execution or delivery deadlines are set per order and commence from their notification date. Purchase orders can be issued until the final day of the framework agreement's validity, and their execution may extend beyond this period.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) services for the "Mes Démarches en Nouvelle-Aquitaine" (MDNA) application operated by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region.

The Statement of Work (SOW) includes the following key prestations and deliverables:

Prestations (Services):

• Prestation 1: Fixed-price services at market launch.
• Launch meeting at the start of the service (Prestation 1.A).
• Incoming transition service (Prestation 1.B), aimed at enabling the contractor's team to acquire full operational knowledge of the application for maintenance.
• Prestation 2: Support and corrective maintenance (MCO) at an annual fixed price.
• Prestation 3: TMA steering services (order form service).
• Prestation 4: Complementary services via purchase orders for evolutionary, adaptive, or preventive maintenance, and training. These include studies, parameterization, developments, functional support, change management, installation and deployment assistance, and training.
• Evolutionary maintenance services (4.A).
• Adaptive and preventive maintenance services (4.B).
• Monitoring of activities related to order form services (4.C).
• Training services via purchase orders (4.D).
• Technical, functional, and user assistance services (4.E).
• Prestation 5: Outgoing reversibility service.
