Maintenance corrective et évolutive du système d'information ARIA et assistance aux utilisateurs internes

The contract is concluded for an initial firm duration of twelve (12) months, starting from the date of its notification. It can be tacitly renewed up to three times for successive periods of twelve (12) months. The total duration of the contract cannot exceed forty-eight (48) months.

Key milestones include:

• A kick-off meeting to be organized within one month following the contract notification.
• The contractor must be operational within a maximum of two months after the kick-off meeting.
• Following the kick-off meeting, the contractor is required to provide their Quality Assurance Plan (PAQ).

The core scope of work for this tender involves several key areas related to the ARIA application:

• Maintenance: This includes both corrective and evolutionary maintenance. Corrective maintenance focuses on addressing anomalies and regressions, while evolutionary maintenance involves managing and implementing application evolutions from command to production.
• Reversibility: The tender requires the contractor to plan and implement reversibility measures, including providing assistance to a new team upon the conclusion of the contract.
• Infogérance and Hosting: The scope includes taking charge of infogérance for one year and, if applicable, hosting the production/recipe server for ARIA3 and ARIA-web for the same duration.
• Project Management and Architecture: This encompasses various activities such as analysis, Proof of Concept (POC), project management, planning, requirements gathering, preparing and animating meetings, and drafting organizational documents and technical specifications (CCTP).
• Documentation: A crucial part of the work involves the drafting of analysis documents and organizational documents, as well as ensuring that all documentation related to the applications is kept up-to-date.
• Quality Assurance: The contractor is expected to provide a quality assurance plan detailing project organization, management, and documentation management.
• Team Setup and Operational Readiness: The tender requires the contractor to establish a complete technical team, define the timeline for its implementation, and detail the process and timeframe for becoming operational and appropriating the application environment.
• Meetings and Reporting: This includes participating in meetings for project planning and review, drafting meeting minutes, and providing a synthesis of deliverables for maintenance and assistance services.
