TENDER BRIEF
The total duration of the contract is 4 firm years. The preparation period and the execution period for services will be fixed by individual purchase orders. For each purchase order, the services will commence from the date specified in that order, and its execution period will also be detailed therein. The duration during which purchase orders can be executed cannot exceed the contract's validity period plus an additional 6 months.

- Quality Feedback (UEQUAL): Providing a 2-3 page quality report summarizing orders, evolutions, deadlines, incidents, installations, and identified improvement points.
- Travel (UEDEPL): A lump sum for travel related to installation and curative maintenance operations.
The overall purpose of the CCTP is to define the technical services expected from the contractor within the framework of the contract.
