TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is Application Maintenance (TMA) for existing or future applications of the SYRENAD-EMDIS information system. The objectives of this contract are threefold: • Ensure these applications—existing and future—remain in good operating condition, as well as ensuring their improvements and updates. • Manage sensitive information systems projects (e.g. developing new applications for the information system), sometimes in an international context. • Support the Agency in implementing its solutions through the Contractor’s expertise (for example, architecture optimization, assistance with acceptance testing, methodology, information systems security, application migration, new technologies).
