TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is intended to provide Third-party Application Maintenance (TMA) for the existing or future applications of the SYRENAD-EMDIS information system. The purposes of this contract are threefold: • Ensure that these applications, existing and to come, and their developments are maintained in good working order. • Manage sensitive information system (IS) projects (e.g., developing new applications for the IS), sometimes in an international context. • Support the Agency in implementing its solutions through the contractor’s expertise (for example, architecture optimization, support for acceptance testing, methodology, information systems security, application migration, new technologies).
