TENDER DESCRIPTION

Third-party application maintenance (TMA) services for the GIPS IT system (composed of several applications) dedicated to managing the movable and immovable assets of the various DAM sites, including its operational maintenance (MCO) and security maintenance (MCS) and allowing its evolutions. The main expected services are as follows: - Service management; - Preventive and corrective maintenance of the GIPS system applications: maintaining operational conditions (MCO) and security conditions (MCS) to guarantee the proper functioning of the GIPS application; - Technical and evolutionary maintenance of the GIPS system applications; - Expertise, for example: audit of the content and use of GIPS, audit of certain processes and establishment of suggestions, production of studies on the sustainability of the data and attached files in GIPS; - Training of CEA employees using GIPS, for example: presentation of application modules, business processes, operation of the GIPS IT system, training on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) application.
