TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority requests a tender for the following service entity: • A telecommunications network and the related options. The supplier must offer the entire package. Partial tenders are not accepted. Alternative tenders are not accepted. The detailed information on the said entity and the tender requirements can be found in Appendix 1 to the request for tenders, which specifies the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be offered. As part of the procurement, connections of the fibre-optic network owned by the Client are sold to the Supplier. The Supplier states in its price schedule the price it pays to the Client for the fibre-optic network. The procurement is not divided into lots because the matter concerns a technical and functional whole, the division of which into lots would create a significant technical and functional risk for the Client and would significantly impair the availability of critical telecommunications connections in the future.
