TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority requests a tender for the following service package: • A telecommunications network and related options. The supplier must offer the entire package. Partial tenders are not accepted. Alternative tenders are not accepted. Detailed information on the specific package and the tender requirements are found in Appendix 1 to the tender request, where the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided are stated. As part of the procurement, the connections of the contracting authority’s fibre optic network are sold to the Supplier. The Supplier shall state in its price schedule the price it will pay the contracting authority for the fibre optic network. The procurement has not been divided into parts because it is a technical and functional entity; dividing it into parts would create a significant technical and functional risk for the contracting authority and would significantly impair the availability of critical telecommunications connections in the future.
