TENDER DESCRIPTION

BIM coordinator services include guidance, coordination, and quality assurance tasks of BIM in space and building projects at different stages of the project. The objective of the services is to ensure that the BIM models produced in the project are of high quality, compatible, comply with the client's requirements, and support planning, construction, commissioning, and the building’s lifecycle use. The BIM coordinator acts as support for the client and the project team and reports on the BIM status to the project management, chief designer, and BIM manager. A more detailed description of the tasks is provided in the service description attached to the request for tenders. Three suppliers will be selected for part 1. If fewer bidders meeting the eligibility criteria and submitting acceptable offers than the number of contract suppliers specified above are received for part 1, correspondingly fewer contracts will be made. The value of part 1 excluding VAT is estimated to be EUR 5,000,000 over the entire contract period (including possible option periods) and the maximum value excluding VAT is EUR 9,000,000.
