TENDER DESCRIPTION

BIM coordinator services include guidance, coordination, and quality assurance tasks related to BIM modeling in spatial and building construction projects at different stages of the project. The aim of the services is to ensure that the BIM models produced during the project are high-quality, compatible, compliant with the client's requirements, and support planning, construction, commissioning, and the use of the building throughout its lifecycle. The BIM coordinator acts as support for the client and project team and reports on the status of BIM to project management, the principal designer, and the BIM manager. A more detailed description of the tasks is provided in the service description annex of the invitation to tender. Three suppliers will be selected for sub-area 1. If fewer qualified tenderers meeting the requirements and submitting acceptable tenders are received for sub-area 1 than the stated number of contract suppliers, contracts will be concluded accordingly with fewer suppliers. The estimated VAT-excluded value of sub-area 1 during the whole contract period (including possible option periods) is 5,000,000 euros and the maximum VAT-excluded value is 9,000,000…
