TENDER DESCRIPTION

BIM coordinator services include instruction, coordination and quality assurance tasks for building information modelling in space and building construction projects at different stages of the project. The aim of the services is to ensure that the building information models produced for the project are high-quality, compatible, comply with the Contracting Entity’s requirements and support design, construction, commissioning and use throughout the building’s life cycle. The BIM coordinator acts as support for the Contracting Entity and the project team and reports on the status of building information modelling to the project management, the lead designer and the BIM manager. A more detailed description of the tasks is provided in the service description attached to the tender request. For sub-area 1, 3 suppliers are selected. If fewer tenderers fulfilling the eligibility requirements and acceptable tenders are obtained for sub-area 1 than the supplier numbers stated above, then correspondingly fewer contracts will be concluded.
