Data model coordination for construction projects. The works concerning the sub-area are ordered in priority order as defined on the basis of the outcome of the tender competition. As a general rule, the assignments are carried out using the prices of the framework agreement, with compensation based on time-based pay. The service provider prepares a work volume estimate for the Client, which the Client accepts or rejects. The Client reserves the right to put the assignments out to competition either through mini-competition between the framework agreement partners or by using an open procedure as a public procurement.
