TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sansia Oy is preparing a joint dynamic purchasing system for its owner-customers, aimed at tendering and procuring various ICT services as joint procurements or on a customer-specific basis (described in more detail in the section Additional information about the procurement or part thereof). This is a request for information asking interested suppliers to comment on the upcoming Dynamic Purchasing System for basic IT services and to express their willingness to participate in possible future market dialogues. The structure of the request for information follows the structure of the forthcoming participation notification and request for tenders. The questions of the request for information are presented in the section Criteria for the object of procurement, where open comments can also be submitted. This dynamic purchasing system can be used by all Sansia owner-customers (up-to-date listing https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html).
