TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sansia Oy is preparing a joint dynamic purchasing system for its owner-customers, intended to tender and procure various ICT services either as joint procurements or on a per-purchaser basis (described in more detail in the section Additional information about the procurement or part thereof). This is a request for information asking interested suppliers to comment on the upcoming Dynamic Purchasing System for basic ICT services and to express their willingness to possibly participate in later market dialogues. The structure of the request for information follows that of the forthcoming participation notification and request for tenders. The questions of the request for information are presented in the section Criteria for the procurement subject, where free comments can also be submitted. This dynamic purchasing system may be used by all owner-customers of Sansia (up-to-date list https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html). One may apply to the dynamic purchasing system as a Supplier based on a participation notification for the entire validity period of the system by submitting an application to participate.
