TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sansia Oy is preparing a joint dynamic purchasing system for its owner-customers, the purpose of which is to competitively tender and procure various ICT services as joint procurements or by individual purchaser (described in more detail in the section Additional information about the procurement or part thereof). This is a request for information asking interested suppliers to comment on the upcoming basic IT services Dynamic Purchasing System and to express their willingness to possibly participate later in market dialogues. The structure of the request for information follows the structure of the forthcoming notice of participation and request for tenders. The questions of the request for information are presented in the section Criteria for the subject of procurement where free comments can also be left. This dynamic purchasing system can be used by all Sansia's owner-customers (up-to-date listing https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html). One can apply to join the Dynamic Purchasing System as a Supplier for the entire validity period of the system by submitting an application to participate.
