The subject of the procurement is the IT operations services of the Parliamentary Office of Finland. The service to be procured consists of separate areas of expertise and support functions. The service is divided into the following areas of expertise: • Maintenance, management and monitoring of the server environment (the Client’s data centre) • Maintenance, management and monitoring of the server environment (cloud services) • Backup and recovery • Maintenance, management and monitoring of databases • Maintenance, management and monitoring of AD • Maintenance, management and monitoring of Exchange • Maintenance, management, monitoring and assurance of M365 cloud environments • Maintenance, management and monitoring of SharePoint cloud and on-premises environments • Management, monitoring and maintenance of the DevOps (incl.
