TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the demolition of Tiilikankaan School in accordance with the documents attached. In addition to the demolition of the buildings from within, the demolition also includes all structures located on the site. Structures include, among other things, fences, play equipment, benches, concrete lamp posts, sewer manholes and sewer pipes, fixed surface structures, etc. District heating pipes are demolished from inside the building down to the level of the outside face of the foundation wall. Water and sewer connection pipes are capped at the boundary of the plot in accordance with Lahti Aqua’s instructions. Cables are cut so that the portions left in the ground are at least 0.5 m deep. The following are left on the plot: asphalt in the parking area, a spider climbing frame, the sandpit sand coating and covered bicycle racks. The surface of the sandpit must not be soiled; it must be restored to be similar if machinery is used on it. Open trenches remaining on the plot must be sloped in the existing ground at a gradient of 1:3. Loose furniture and other items left inside the building belong to the demolition contract.
