TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender concerns temporary security by renting Mobile Camera Units, hereinafter: MCUs, at high-voltage substations and storage locations. The scope of this tender includes the planned and unplanned delivery and installation (including earthing) of MCUs, managing them (preventive and corrective maintenance) and handling alarm response within TenneT TSO. Through this tender, disruptions and (possible) break-ins at the high-voltage and storage locations must be identified, for which technical verification is possible by the Private Alarm Control Centre, hereinafter: PAC. In addition, the images must be recorded and kept for an agreed period of time.
