TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the realization of temporary modular educational accommodation for primary school use in the Oosterpark. The contracted party will be fully responsible for the design, delivery, necessary foundation, placement, connection, management, maintenance, and removal of the temporary accommodation including the associated necessary foundation after the end of the contract term. The temporary accommodation consists of flexible modular units of approximately 3x6 m² for 9 classrooms and a playgroup room with a total size of approximately 1,200 m² GFA.
