TENDER DESCRIPTION

Since March 2022, the municipality has been providing accommodation for displaced persons from Ukraine. This is temporarily arranged through accommodation in hotels and via room rental. One of those contracts expires on 4 March 2027. Due to the extension of the Temporary Protection Directive, continuation (at least until 4 March 2028) is necessary. This call is intended to give interested tenderers the opportunity to register for a tender that provides for the conclusion of a new contract. It involves temporary accommodation places for, for the time being, a total of 50 persons, to be divided into 30 single rooms and 10 double rooms. The required rooms must be offered at one location. Because the need for rooms may change over time, the contractor cannot derive any rights from this for the total possible duration of the contract. The municipality has the right, after a fixed period of 3 months, to unilaterally increase or decrease the number of rooms every two months.
