TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is additional subsoil investigations to be carried out for the plot of the new health and social care centre in Tikkurila, to complement the subsoil investigations carried out in 2020–2021. The objective of the investigations is to supplement the project’s initial data, reduce uncertainties related to soil conditions, and support the design by tenderers and the evaluation of framework solutions during the competitive negotiated procedure. The additional investigations will specifically clarify, in particular, the contamination status of the soil (PIMA), the geotechnical properties of the clay layers, and the location of the bedrock surface and the bedrock. The service includes the planning of the investigations, carrying out field investigations, and delivering the investigation material to the contracting authority in the agreed format. The investigations include, for example, drilling, sampling, groundwater observations, and other geotechnical soil investigations.
