TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement consists of statutory audit services for the contracting authority’s organisations. The procurement includes, in addition to Väestöliitto ry, Väestöliiton Hyvinvointi Oy and Kiinteistö Oy Kalevanpoika, which are owned by Väestöliitto ry. In addition, the subject matter of the procurement includes AUP audits of the grant reporting by the Social and Health Organisations’ Grants Unit (STEA) operating in connection with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskus (STEA)) in Väestöliitto ry, as well as the audit of programme grants from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (Ulkoministeriö) in Väestöliitto ry. As an option, the procurement also includes other grant reporting and any other audit services for Väestöliitto ry. The option concerns the contracting authority’s right. The option does not bind the contracting authority and does not oblige the contracting authority to procure the said service at all.
