The contract timeline is as follows:

The contract is considered concluded and enters into force on the date of its signing by the second party.

The contract remains valid until all obligations are fully met, with a maximum term of 2 months and 30 calendar days for payment.

The delivery of all goods must occur within 2 months from the contract's effective date.

The contract may be extended once for a period not exceeding 2 months, provided the extension is due to circumstances beyond the supplier's control, such as potential global disruptions in the supply of components required for manufacturing the goods.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply and delivery of network switches. This procurement is a component of the project "Technical equipment for person screening and AIS development" (No. SVVP/2026/1166), which falls under the national implementation plan of the European Union Migration and Asylum Pact.

The core deliverables include:

• Network switches (Tinklo komutatorių) that fully comply with the technical specifications outlined in Annex 1 and Annex 2 of the contract documents.
• A Goods transfer-acceptance act.
• Other specified documents as detailed in the "Technical specification of network switches" (Annex 1 of the Contract).

The supplier is required to deliver the entire quantity of goods to Savanorių pr. 2, LT-03116 Vilnius, within two months from the contract's effective date. The offered goods must meet specific technical parameters, such as construction (not exceeding 1U height, 19" rack-mountable, supplied with mounting details, horizontal mounting) and electrical power supply (compatible with AC voltage used in the Republic of Lithuania).
