TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hamburg Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection intends to clear a partial area of the current premises of the JVA Fuhlsbüttel that is no longer required for custodial detention. For this purpose, it is planned to relocate the facility units located on the partial area to the area that will continue to be used by realizing two new buildings. The current supply infrastructure of the JVA Fuhlsbüttel and the route layouts on the facility premises are to be adapted due to the clearing of the partial area. In addition, in order to demarcate the remaining facility area from the partial area to be cleared, the external security of the JVA Fuhlsbüttel is also to be planned anew and partially relocated. For this, some existing buildings of the facility are to be demolished either fully or in parts.
