TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is construction work within the framework of the funding measure Rennbahn Hoppegarten - Main Grandstand at the location Goetheallee 1, 15366 Hoppegarten. The measure includes the structural renovation, adaptation, and partial renewal of the existing main grandstand. The work is carried out predominantly within the existing structure and in coordination with trades performed in parallel. The carpentry trade (benches and balustrades) includes the new manufacture and renovation of simple grandstand benches based on historical models, the production of wooden balustrades with upper and lower rails, rods, and handrails in various heights and box areas including associated steel posts, standing tables, and flower boxes. All work is carried out with due regard to monument conservation considerations and during ongoing racecourse operations.
