TENDER DESCRIPTION

Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nordbayern (DRV Nordbayern) plans to combine two existing rehabilitation clinics into a newly built rehabilitation center. The area intended for new construction is located in the south-east of the city of Bayreuth, near the "Lohengrin-Therme" thermal bath, in a landscaped setting. The newly to be built rehabilitation center is intended to provide rehabilitation for the indication groups psychosomatics, orthopedics and oncology. The required floor area is approx. 14,000 m2 (usable area). The size of the plots for the development and the construction of associated car parking spaces is approx. 43,500 m2. The building has a pavilion structure. In this design, two care pavilions are attached to a central building and connected with transparent walkways. The upper care pavilions and the central building of the therapy center sit on a flat base building. The service described here essentially comprises carpentry installations for 36 linear metres of wooden lockers 71 linear metres of wooden cupboards 44 linear metres of wooden tea kitchens
