Refurbishment of the Otfried-Müller House - Junge Theater - Hospitalstraße 6 / 37073 Göttingen ##Installation/assembly of windows and exterior doors in the newly constructed extension ##The construction project provides for the refurbishment of the Otfried-Müller House, which is partly protected as a historic monument, and of the hall building, which is also partly protected as a historic monument. The newer, non-protected extension will be demolished and replaced by a new extension. #Extension: The new extension will be newly constructed as a solid construction, mainly with prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs as a ceiling construction and with a conventional timber roof truss. This extension will consist of a basement level and 2 upper floors, accessed via a stairwell that runs from the basement up to the 2nd upper floor. The storey heights in the rooms of the building are different.
