TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the main building of the clinic complex, due to a spatial restructuring as well as previous and already completed renovation measures, the first, second, and third upper floors are made available for remodeling and modernization. As part of this renovation measure, intensive care and wheelchair-accessible patient rooms as well as several doctor, nurse, and administrative rooms will be created. In this context, on the second and third upper floors of the intermediate section between the old building and the ward building, the nurse duty rooms will be converted into wheelchair-accessible patient rooms next to the stairs, analogous to the first upper floor. Furthermore, on the 1st to 3rd upper floors of the connecting building, two-bed rooms will be created by merging existing rooms. Additionally, all three upper floors will be upgraded according to the current fire protection regulations. In some cases, rooms will be combined by demolishing the respective partition walls or new partition walls will be erected to create new spatial units.
