TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to spatial restructuring and previous completed renovation measures, the first, second, and third floors of the main building of the clinic complex are available for refurbishment and modernization. As part of this refurbishment, intensive care and wheelchair-accessible patient rooms as well as several doctor, nurse, and administrative rooms are to be created. In this context, on the second and third floors of the intermediate section between the old building and the ward building, next to the stairs, the nurse duty rooms will be converted into one wheelchair-accessible patient room each, analogous to the first floor. Furthermore, on floors 1 to 3 of the connecting building, one two-bed room each will be created by combining rooms. Additionally, all three upper floors will be upgraded according to the current fire protection regulations. Individually, rooms will be combined by removing respective partition walls or new room units will be created by erecting new partition walls.
