TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works on the site “Printers – modification of transport infrastructure”, the aim of which is to modernise and expand the transport infrastructure in the location of the former Printers in Košice in connection with the planned mixed-use project WatsoNova. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the subject of the contract forms part of a building carried out as one functional and technical unit. The tenderer is required, during performance, to ensure coordination of its activities with the developer CTR WatsoNova s. r. o. and its contractor to the extent specified in the draft contract for work.
