TENDER DESCRIPTION
Magnesium oxide. This product will be used for the production of animal feed. The Contracting Authority orders 3000 kg of magnesium oxide in packages (25-30 kg), free on the spot (loco) at the ZD Pawłowice warehouse. Magnesium oxide should meet the following parameters: - Mg content - min. 50% - MgO content - min. 80% In order to confirm the above quality parameters of the product, the Contracting Authority requires that a product quality certificate or another document confirming the required product parameters be attached to the offer. A product quality certificate must be attached to each delivery. The VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the sections (CN codes) of the Combined Nomenclature, listed in Annex No. 10 to the VAT Act. The Contracting Authority is a taxpayer of agricultural tax and will use the ordered product for its own purposes. Magnesium oxide. This product will be used for the production of animal feed.
