TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is intended to ensure Application Third-Party Maintenance (Tierce Maintenance Applicative) for Inserm, which includes: • Maintaining in operational condition the application portfolio forming the current and future IT system of Inserm. • IT developments in project mode for the various maintained application solutions. • Advice and expertise in order to support the transformation of the IT system directly linked to the maintenance activities. • Assistance in order to support Inserm in qualifying the performance of its applications.
