    2. Probatory Phase: This phase starts after the acceptance of the Transition Phase, with an anticipated commencement on March 1, 2027, and a projected completion on May 31, 2027. This phase has a duration of 2 months.

    3. Regular Service Phase: This phase begins on the working day immediately following the signing of the Acceptance Report for the Probatory Phase. It is planned for a firm duration of twenty-four (24) months, excluding the duration of the Probatory Phase.

    4. Reversibility Phase: This phase is initiated from the date specified in the Buyer's notification to the Holder regarding the activation of partial or total reversibility of the contract. This phase can be up to 2 months.

    • Contract End Date: The contract will remain in effect until the completion of the Reversibility Plan, if activated by the Buyer. Should the contract term be reached, the Reversibility Plan can be implemented during the final three (3) months of the contract, starting from the date notified by the Buyer and concluding on the planned contract end date.
