The contract timeline is structured into four successive phases:

• Contract Start Date: The contract takes effect from the date of its notification to the Holder.
• Total Duration: The contract is for a firm duration of four (4) years, commencing from the effective start date of the Services, unless there is an early termination.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Transition Phase: This phase has a duration of 2 months and starts from the date of notification of the Market, concluding on February 28, 2027, which marks the effective start date of the Services. A minimum duration of three (3) months is planned for this phase.
• Probationary Phase: This phase is scheduled for 2 months, with an anticipated start on March 1, 2027, and an expected end on May 31, 2027. It begins after the Buyer accepts the Transition Phase.
• Regular Service Phase: This phase commences on the working day immediately following the signing of the Acceptance Report for the Probationary Phase. Its firm duration is twenty-four (24) months, reduced by the length of the Probationary Phase.
• Reversibility Phase: The implementation of the Reversibility Plan can occur during the final three (3) months of the contract, starting on a date notified by the Buyer and concluding on the planned end date of the Market.
• Contract End Date: The contract will remain active until the completion of the Reversibility Plan, if it is activated by the Buyer.

The core scope of work for this tender encompasses the global Drupal web perimeter, including both IFPEN and WebFactory environments, as well as the WordPress environment (IFP School). It also includes the underlying technical components for web applications such as Apache, Tomcat, and MySQL, along with all utilized Drupal modules and WordPress plugins (e.g., DIVI). The scope extends to future evolutions carried out within a dedicated portfolio of days, as well as "special services" related to future developments that are distinct from fixed-price remunerated items.

The contractor is designated as the sole point of contact for IFPEN and is fully responsible for all services specified in the tender, including the proper transmission of information among all stakeholders and defining the team's organization. Key deliverables include an updated Quality Assurance Plan (PAQ) at the contract's commencement, a structured and accessible documented repository, and a description of the configuration management organization. Additional critical deliverables, to be drafted by the contractor during the Transitional Phase, include the Service Agreement, Security Assurance Plan, Reversibility Plan, and the PAQ.

The contractor is obligated to provide expertise, maintain a duty of advice and alert, and ensure an obligation of result concerning the achievement and maintenance of contractual service levels, conformity of deliverables, and adherence to all contractual schedules and deadlines. All deliverables, which include any IT, paper, or electronic media (documentation, scripts, programs), must be delivered in electronic format and, if necessary, in paper format, with a strong emphasis on documentation quality and written in French.
