TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract in particular includes the architectural and technical planning of the new building and the complete and operational execution of the construction work, including the permits to be procured. The subject matter of the contract for the contractor (AN) includes: o preparation of the documents required in order to draw down the approved funding and support of the contracting authority (AG) in preparing the proof of use (Verwendungsnachweis) in accordance with the funding conditions o planning, construction and provision of the new building in due time, in accordance with requirements and in compliance with the contract o redesign as well as the timely and proper new establishment and provision of the outdoor facilities in accordance with the Project short description (Annex 11) The AG expects that, upon handover of the newly constructed building, a fully operational building will be provided immediately that can be put into operation without disruptions.
