TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes in particular the architectural and technical planning of the new building and the complete and functional execution of the construction works, including the permits to be procured. The contract subject matter for the contractor includes the following: o preparation of the documents required for requesting the approved funding and support to the contracting authority in preparing the statement of use (Verwendungsnachweis) in accordance with the funding conditions o planning, construction and provision of the new building in due time, in accordance with regulations and under contract o redesign as well as timely and compliant re-establishment and provision of the outdoor facilities in accordance with the project short description (Appendix 11) The contracting authority expects that upon handover of the newly constructed building, the building will be immediately fully functional and can be put into operation without disruptions.
