TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Project description Antoniushaus gGmbH is currently building a school extension for the Peter-Josef-Briefs School in Hochheim am Main. This is a special-needs school with currently 166 students with support needs in physical and motor development. The planned extension building is designed as an annex to the existing school building as a two-storey masonry construction. In addition to supplementary classrooms, the extension is intended to add subject-class rooms to school operations. The renovation of the existing building will be planned in parallel as part of a sub-project and is not part of this tender. 2. Current status of the construction project At the time of the tender, the project is under construction: a large portion of the trades/contract packages has been awarded, the shell structure is complete, the building envelope has been produced in large parts, and initial fit-out work has been carried out. For certain components already installed, there are indications of technical and/or planning deviations.
