TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Antoniushaus gGmbH is in the process of renovating and extending the Peter-Josef-Briefs School in Hochheim am Main. This is a special needs school which currently has 166 students with support needs in physical and motor development. The extension building is already under implementation and is not part of this procurement procedure. This is about renovating the existing building. The objective of the measure is an economically optimized renovation of the existing building to the KfW Efficiency Building Standard 55. The focus is on simple, cost-conscious and implementation-oriented planning, as well as meeting the applicable energy-related requirements and funding conditions. For the project, the required specialist planners have already been commissioned. The planning must therefore be carried out in close consultation and coordination with the specialist planners already involved.
