TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Antoniushaus gGmbH is currently renovating and extending the Peter-Josef-Briefs School in Hochheim am Main. This is a special needs school with currently 166 students with support needs in physical and motor development. The extension building is already being implemented and is not part of this tender. This is about the renovation of the existing building. The objective of the measure is an economically optimized renovation of the existing building to the KfW Efficiency Building Standard 55. The focus is on simple, cost-conscious, implementation-oriented planning, and on meeting the applicable energy requirements and funding conditions. The necessary specialist planners have already been commissioned for the project. The planning is therefore to be carried out in close coordination and collaboration with the specialist planners already involved.
