TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building constructed in 1983 by KJF in Eggenfelden houses the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn with the facilities of the St. Ruppert School for pupils with intellectual disabilities (teaching and use for sports), a special-education day care centre, a school-preparatory facility and an integrative kindergarten. The original plan to renovate the existing building was abandoned following an assessment of cost-effectiveness; instead, it was decided to carry out a complete (replacement) new build. The existing building must be completely demolished and subsequently the building site must be prepared for the new construction. The connection to the public services must be renewed and adapted to the new conditions. There is existing infrastructure which can be used for the replacement new build. In consultation with the client and/or the users, it was decided to relocate the entire school during the construction phase and to carry out the construction project in a single construction phase.
