TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building of the KJF built in 1983 in Eggenfelden houses the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn (Rottal-Inn Special Needs Center) with the facilities of the St. Ruppert School for students with intellectual disabilities (teaching and use for sports), a special-needs day care center, a school-preparatory facility and an integrative kindergarten. The original plan to renovate the existing building was abandoned due to an economic efficiency assessment. A complete (replacement) new build was decided upon. The existing building must be completely demolished and the building site prepared afterwards for the new construction. Connection to public infrastructure will be renewed and adapted to the new conditions. There is existing infrastructure which can be used for the replacement new build. The plot is developed from the northwest via Theaterstraße. Due to the building level raised for flood protection reasons, the site slopes towards the north, west and above all towards the south.
