TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Catholic Youth Care of the Diocese of Regensburg is the sponsor of the Pater-Rupert-Mayer Center (PRMZ) in Regensburg, a support centre in the west of Regensburg with a focus on physical - motor development for children, adolescents and young adults. The centre has existed since the 1970s and was expanded time and again up to the year 2010 (new build of the gymnasium and swimming pool). Large parts of the centre are now in need of renovation and do not have the required usable floor areas. The PRMZ is a three-form-entry school with a vocational school level for children and adolescents with physical disabilities. Attached is the school preparatory facility (SVE), which corresponds to kindergarten in the standard school system. The rooms of the day nursery (essentially dining hall, therapy and group rooms, administration and management office) are integrated into the school area, with the aim of achieving the best possible interlinking of processes.
